Initial Consultation
The first consultation takes around 1.5 to 2 hrs. This invloves a detailed mind- body analysis following Homeopathic and Ayurvedic diagnostic protocol. After the first consultation is completed a customized health plan is provided which includes indicated Homeopathic remedy and/or Ayurvedic herb, Diet, Ayurvedic recipes, Lifestyle regimen,  Yog and Yogic Breathing exercise and Meditation training.

Follow up

This consultation is usually done within 5 weeks, depending on the severity of the problem.  It is highly recommended that you schedule your 2 week follow up as soon as you can to discuss the progress of your health and any concerns that you might come up. Duration 1 hr.

Short episode consult (For existing clients only)
This is for any acute health condition that has recently surfaced up. It can be done over the phone or in person. Duration 30-60 mins.

​

Focused consult (For new clients)
For any health condition, a focused consultation is provided for new clients which involves consultation of the most prominent or acute/short episodic health issues. Recommendations include herbs, diet and regimen. Duration 1 hr.

Reiki therapy

In person or distant Reiki Healing. Duration 1 hr. 

​

Customized Meditation and Mantra Therapy (for existing clients only)

Duration 1 hr.

Reiki Inititation

  • Reiki Level 1 - The training involves two separate sessions of 1 hr each.

  • Reiki Level 2 - Please contact us for more details about the training. 

  • Reiki Level 3 - Please contact us for more details about the training. 

  • Reiki Level 4 - (Reiki Master. Please contact us for more details about the training.

Home Visits are available if person is physically unable to come into office. additional fee apply.

Payment Option: PayPal, Cheque or Cash as per your convenience. Please note credit cards are not accepted. Currently, many complementary and alternative practices are not covered under any insurance plan. Many of my clients have successfully used their flex pay accounts, HSA or FSA accounts towards consultations.
